From Salesforce devs
to AI architects
We didn't start as AI consultants. We started as developers, writing Apex code, building Salesforce apps, automating workflows for companies that had no idea how their own data was structured. We got our hands dirty so clients didn't have to.
Over time, we grew into architects. We started designing the bigger picture: how your CRM talks to your ERP, how a custom app integrates with legacy infrastructure, how data moves across an organisation without breaking things. We learned that the hard part isn't the technology, it's understanding the business well enough to build the right thing.
Then the AI wave hit. When GPT-4 arrived, we saw immediately what was possible. Not as a gimmick, but as a fundamental shift in what software can do. We spent a year going deep: evaluating frontier models, running local models on-premise, building RAG pipelines, wiring LLMs into the kinds of systems we'd spent years architecting.
We founded AIWU Consult because we saw a gap. Most AI consultants are either pure strategists (lots of slides, no code) or pure ML engineers (deep on models, shallow on systems). We're neither. We're builders who wanted to understand the full stack, how it actually works, from the LLM to the business process it's meant to improve. We are here to teach your people how to use it!
